Fortitude

The Doorkicker Fund

We know there is risk in every venture. Therefore we also know there is great opportunity for reward.

Our investment fund has a provocative name for a reason. Because those who founded Veterans Venture have lived its meaning. As highly trained and motivated Rangers and Special Forces warriors we have keen understanding how the exertion of effort and fluid decision-making is necessary to achieve success.

We know there is risk in every venture. Therefore we also know there is great opportunity for reward. We do this ever mindful that our goal is for a future of better tomorrows and economic freedom for anyone willing to work for it.

Experience tells us the vast reservoir of trained, disciplined military NCO’s and other members of the armed forces enhance the likelihood of business success. Leadership, teamwork, and a can-do outlook bear dividends in growing profits and promoting stable companies.

On the battlefield our job is to remove roadblocks and pave the way for success. The same is true of today’s economic battlefield of innovation, vision, management alternatives, competition, regulation, and marketing thoughtful ideas and funding them adequately.

A good business or a new idea should never falter from temporary setback. We wake up each morning knowing the future is ours and tenacious efforts makes dreams can come true. Working together, you and Veterans Venture will seize every reasonable opportunity before us.

Utilizing the Discipline of Non-Commissioned Officers

These leaders are forged by fire and tempered by knowledge.

As capitalists our job at Veterans Venture is to help businesses succeed. Our investment thesis is simple. We place infantry and special operations non-commissioned officers (NCO’s) in management roles of recently acquired nano-cap companies. Their mission is to increase profitability of a company using their unique military training and attention to details.

Our thesis works because competence, candor, clear communication, selfless leadership, loyalty, and integrity are all a part of the NCO Creed. These principles are the breath of their life and we find they are also the attributes of success in business management. These leaders are forged by fire and tempered by knowledge. Such individuals train men and women to be professional employees, secure profit, build capital, develop leaders, support families and grow the nation’s economy.
